Based off of pictures alone it's going to require some guesswork: in the first, Patrick's seated at his tiny home office, the end of a ballpoint pen tapped to his lips which are swollen red as if he's been biting them. The second picture is of the bottom half of the desk and the floor, which at first glance maybe seems like a mistake, but upon closer inspection it's obvious that Patrick's legs are suggestively splayed underneath the desk.]
